Service Matters is a boutique business providing professional hospitality and event services to discerning clients. 

Principal, Peter Williams is driven by a need to provide exemplary service standards.  “I understand the importance of valuing my clients and practise old fashioned values such as integrity, courtesy and ethics.  In my business we don’t just profess to be committed to your cause, we genuinely are.” 

Peter has a solid career in hospitality in Australia.  He has worked at a number of five star hotels, convention centres and clubs in food and beverage services, sales and marketing, banqueting operations and conference and event sales. This wealth of hospitality experience has seen Peter attain a number of positions, many in senior management and executive management roles. He has also been engaged by corporate and council organisations to manage or assist on major projects including community events, sporting events and business events.

Qualified to lecture in hospitality studies, Peter has been contracted by various Registered Training Organisations to train and certify young people undertaking Certificate II, III and IV hospitality operations courses.
